Voters in Ecuador will vote on whether to approve 3 constitutional amendments:

Should the Constitutional provision barring establishment of foreign military bases and installations on Ecuadorian soil be eliminated?

Should the Constitution be amended to eliminate the requirement that the State provide economic resources to political parties and movements?

Should the number of members of the National Assembly be reduced and the criteria for their election be amended?
Voters will also provide feedback on a popular consultation question regarding convening and instillation of a future Constituent Assembly.
