General Information
Haiti was expected to hold general elections on 30 August 2026, pending certain prerequisites are met on time. The calendar was subsequently updated and the CEP announced that the first round of the general election would be held on 13 December 2026. If needed, the second round is scheduled for 21 February 2027.
