In the 2018 presidential election, Milo ĐUKANOVIĆ was elected in the first round, winning 53.9% of the vote. Mladen BOJANIĆ received 33.4% of the vote, Draginja VUKSANOVIĆ received 8.2%, and Marko MILACIĆ received 2.8%. Voter turnout was 63.92%.
