- Referendum to approve new Constitution of Serbia* This referendum asked voters: "Are you in favor of confirming the Republic of Serbia's new Constitution?"
* The new Constitution provides guarantees for human rights and mechanisms to protect national minorities. Private, cooperate and public property is guaranteed under the Constitution. The new Constitution also stipulates that Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia.

- A majority vote of 50% plus one of the entire electorate is required in order for the new constitution to be approved.
